Today I had a cleaning and Maria was the most gentle compassionate hygienist I’ve ever had. She made my experience so comfortable by listening to me regarding the sensitivity of my gum and gave me extra numbing medicine. Also the practice has gotten so high tech so I feel like I’m getting the best dental care. I’ve been going to this practice for over ten years but the new owner is young and the practice is more efficient and as I mentioned more technologically advanced.

The dental hygienist, Lordes, was terrific. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of the cleaning. In addition, she kept asking whether there was any pain or excess pressure during the cleaning. Lordes has not lost the human element, a rare trait in today's world.

Anna at the front desk is incredible. Does a million things at once, on top of squeezing patients in wherever she can! An angel. And then legit the easiest root canal I ever sat for in my life. The doctor is hilarious.

Lourdes, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, extremely clean and sterile, and took her time without rushing me at all. I was seen right away with no waiting, which I really appreciated. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend her!

My kids just started using Doctor Apsan as their dentist and we love him! He is knowledgeable and patient and made everyone feel at ease. The staff is very responsive and quick with an answer, and worked around our many schedules to find appointments that worked for us. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this practice!

I had a great experience at West Hempstead Dental with Dr. Apsan. He did fillings on my teeth, and one of them was very close to the nerve. Thanks to his conservative approach, he was able to save the tooth and prevent the need for a root canal. Ana, the office manager, is excellent. She is very calm, composed, and truly listens to patients. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she always makes sure the right thing is done for the patient. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. Easily the best dentist I’ve been to — highly recommend.
